UST Safety standards start before construction even begins. During design, we identify site-specific risks and build mitigation into the execution plan. We model our safety program after OSHA and Army Corps of Engineers EM385-1-1 standards.

Experts in Federal, State, and Local Requirements


Fuel infrastructure must meet EPA Underground Storage Tank regulations, EPA Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure, and OSHA safety codes. Industry standards include UL-142, UL-2085, NFPA 30, NFPA 110. And Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI) Recommended Practices such as PEI RP 1400.

We follow Army Corps EM385-1-1 to handle project-specific safety requirements. Each state and locality adds fire marshal approval, air permits, and AHJ sign-offs.

Validated Before Operations Begin

We've completed over 60 data center projects with complex fuel systems. Multi-level commissioning validates that systems meet specification and pass final inspection. We deliver systems that work for Tier III and Tier IV data centers.
